Luxurious soft and silken sateen weave of 260 thread count jacquard woven fabric with a narrow .20" stripe on stripe pattern in smashing ivory; sensuous with a gratifyingly fluid drape. Manufactured in Italy from Italian milled Egyptian combed cotton fibers are of exceptional length and quality.

Combed cotton fibers are the ones that are left behind when a bundle of fibers are quite literally ‘combed’ via a mechanical process. The shorter less desirable fibers are removed and the longer more desirable fibers remain behind. When longer combed fibers are used to create a sateen weave the fabric, with its thin tightly woven yarns, it is much more durable than a cloth woven from regular or staple length cotton fibers.
